Tokyo Drift

My first thoughts on refraction? I’m tempted to get the science in, but I’ll leave that for another post.  It reminded me of our stay in Tokyo. Our service apartment, in Ikebukuro, faced Tokyo’s famous shopping mall, Tobu and was surrounded by towering buildings. Every night as daylight dimmed – Tokyo city lit up. There were times we would shut our apartment lights and marvel the ‘dotted’ cityscape. On our last day, we opened the curtains, turned the bedside lamp on and let ‘light’ do the talking.
